Through the Out-of-Province PD Fund, members may be approved once every three years to attend a conference or present at a conference outside the province of Manitoba.
The first school day of the month is the application deadline for all Out-of-Province conferences occurring in the next month.
***Out-of- Province requests occurring in July, August and or September MUST be submitted on the first school day in June. This year that date is June 1st, 2026.***
The following rationale MUST be included in your application in order for your request to be considered for funding:
i) How does attending this PD inform your practice?
ii) How does attending this PD impact your work in Seven Oaks?
INCOMPLETE FUNDING REQUESTS WILL BE DENIED.

Funding and Reimbursement information
A maximum of $2750 ($3000 for the 2026/2027 funding period) Canadian may be granted per application (plus sub costs).
Members will be provided 80% of approved funding prior to the conference – notifications will be emailed when these funds have been issued.
Balance of funding will be distributed after receipt of expense form (with all pertinent receipts) and individual post conference report.
